- December 21, 2004:
Our colleagues at Smooth Engine
demonstrate the legitimacy of the outsourced executive business model by
providing the new CEO to the Canopy Group.
- April 1, 2004:
OffshoreExecutive.com
features in an article on
NewsForge.
- March 31, 2004:
OffshoreExecutive.com
launches its new Online Executive Matchup Service. More details in the

here.
- March 19, 2004: the mailing list membership for
OffshoreExecutive.com
reaches a record number. The lucky subscriber has won a month long
world tour, visiting all the countries where OffshoreExecutive.com
has offices, and of course the offices themselves. Expect a detailed
travel account by early may.
- March 8, 2004:
OffshoreExecutive.com and
Off the Top, Inc
complete phase 1 of the Offshore Politics study and sign an agreement
concerning joint pro-offshore lobbying in Washington, to stimulate the
liberalisation of current laws on government offshoring. We believe that
current regulations - in particular article II, section 1, clause 5 - may
in fact be unconstitutional; the current political climate appears right
for constitutional amendments, so decisive action is necessary.
- February 13, 2004: the
OffshoreExecutive.com
Government Offshoring Center in Dubai is officially inaugurated by
His Royal Highness Crown Prince Sheikh Mohammed, the mayor of Dubai
and the OffshoreExecutive.com board. Due to security concerns we are
not allowed to post photos of the event, sorry.
- February 2, 2004: the
OffshoreExecutive.com
website is completely overhauled. The old data should be available on
the new site within the next two months.
